DALLAS, January 30, 2024 – The Bridge announced today that Lindsay Groves has been promoted to Chief People Officer. With this promotion, Groves becomes the company’s first female executive officer.

Groves has served as Vice President of Talent since joining The Bridge in the earliest months of the company’s rebrand in 2023. Prior to joining The Bridge, Groves was Director of Talent Acquisition for Slalom Consulting, responsible for leading and implementing the company’s talent acquisition strategy in the Dallas market. During her years at Slalom, the Dallas team grew from less than fifty employees to over three hundred. Groves brings over thirteen years’ experience in recruiting and talent acquisition to her new role at The Bridge.
