Michael Ellis

Michael is responsible for Bridgeworks’ Sales and operations.

Mike is a natural leader and problem solver which is echoed by people he works with. You are just as likely to find him working through business problems with customer’s executive team as you are to find him solutioning with a development team. Mike’s reputation for integrity, directness, conflict resolution and servant leadership are several of the key traits that enable him to galvanize his client and teams to achieve measurable outcomes while enjoying the work they do together.

Mike brings over three decades of experience and innovation across sales, operations, finance, and delivery of technical solutions and professional business services. Mike has a “customer for life” attitude and focuses on solving real-world business problems for BridgeWorks, our clients, and our people. Mike is an expert at connecting people, processes, and tools to effectively solve real-world business problems earning him trusted advisor status and sustaining long-term relationships.

Prior to joining BridgeWorks as a partner, Mike functioned in roles such as General Manager, Sales Director, Director of Operation and Director of Microsoft Consulting Services with a number of $550M+ national consultancies such as Long View Systems, Perficient and Slalom Consulting.

Mike lives North of Denver in Todd Creek Farms and when not spending time with his wife and 3 daughters you can find him camping and fly-fishing in his classic Bronco. Mike has a 2-acre Koi and aquaponics farm and leverages his technical background and art degree to design, build, test, and automate water features.
